Olympic wrestling for youth

The Program
Wrestling is one of the oldest forms of combat, from ancient times to Modern Olympics. Wrestlers were well-known for their confidence, unbreakable mindset, resilience, focus and discipline.
Club de Lutte LaSalle is a program geared towards youth ages 10-17, introducing them to the sport of Olympic Wrestling. The program focuses on developing technical skills, and the development of physical and mental abilities to become proficient wrestlers both recreationally and competitively.
Through wrestling, they will learn to be determined, perseverant and self-confident.
